Sitting on the banks of the River Ness, the Glemoriston Town House Hotel is a scenic retreat just one mile from Inverness Castle. Guestrooms feature dark wood furnishings and have warm decors of earthy tones with complementing fabrics. Bathrooms are modern with stainless steel fittings, designer toiletries and bathrobes. The hotel can also arrange helicopter trips for stunning views of the picturesque landscape. Inverness Airport is seven miles away, or approximately 20 minutes from the hotel by car.

A taxis to and from the hotel will cost around 12 GBP. Car hire is however recommended if guest wish to explore the area further. Take the A96 towards Inverness and follow the road for about five miles. At the next four roundabouts go straight ahead towards the city centre. Continue straight ahead, through two sets of traffic lights, turning left at the third set along Dores Road. The river Ness is straight ahead. Follow the road straight ahead keeping the river on the right. Take the next right hand turn and the hotel is a few hundred yards on the left.
